New Password Change Method Help
I did a post long time ago,someone helped me but i'm blocked in another part of the processus(thank you MariaThePrincess for the help before btw)
Ok so here the review of the problem: I want to change my password(personal reason) of my GW account,only not like some other people change password way on there account,when i click on "EditAccount" then "ChangePassword" it give me a link to www.plaync.com! As i never created a PlayNC account i just created one,then a lot of people told me to "ADD GAME" in PlayNC,my GW account have Prophecies+Faction,which cd-key to put?!Well i writted my Faction one cuz i had Faction before having Prophecies...Here come THE problem...I validate and it says... WTF?!!!also i notice that when it tell ur GameAccountUsername it finish by @plaync.com and mine is @hotmail.com something about it?Because my adress i'm using on my GW account is a @hotmail.com,im sure it have something about the fact that i'm not @plaync.com but not sure,bleh i'm confused and you will be to when you gonna read that xD ~Kyo |

Create the PlayNC account in the game first. Use that name and password on the PlayNC website. You game will already be added. Then just change your password.

Enter the store from the character selection screen. It prompts you to create a PlayNC account. If ylou have already done that, use that name and password. If you don't remember it, all you can do is contact support.

Thats what I mean, that dam store is the WORST thing to happen to GW. All be it I like some of the things they offer, but if I would have known how badly it would have effected the performance of my account managment I woul dhave NEVER NEVER clicked on it to update.
And the fact that his is not reversable to the original superiour password and account information changing system really pisses me off. If you value the ease of password change that you have you will NEVER click on the store to create a plaync account. because you will reget it forever from that point on. |

When i click in EnterStore it just put me were you can buy the stuff so i suppose there a PlayNC account attached to it,which i never did-_- CustomerSupport?Waste of time,they will auto-message,bye bye GW

If you actually read the email, it says it's an auto reply and if you need to continue with support to respond citing the file number.
